La Jolla, Calif. - Sophomore Will Lohman capped an impressive day for the Huskers with a seventh-place showing in the invitational field of the shot put. Lohman recorded a personal-best distance of 62-8 1/2 (19.11) to claim the top spot in the first flight. The mark is the best of any NU thrower this season and is the seventh-best mark in NU history.
