The Husker men scored 195 points to beat Wichita State (123), Colorado State (96) and Illinois State (95). The Nebraska women collected 164 points to defeat Wichita State (132), Colorado State (131) and Illinois State (96).

Prior to hosting the Mark Colligan Memorial on Saturday, members of the Nebraska track and field team took part in the Nebraska Wesleyan Prairie Wolf Invitational on Friday at the Bob Devaney Sports Center Indoor Track.

Saturday's Mark Colligan Memorial is the annual "Pepsi Pack the House" event. Admission is $1 and Pepsi products are $1 at the concession stand.

The Nebraska track and field team added 12 event titles on the final day of the Holiday Inn Invitational to cap the season-opening meet with 17 titles on Saturday at the Bob Devaney Sports Center Indoor Track before 1,837 fans.

The Nebraska track and field team began the 2016 season with five individual titles on the first night of the Holiday Inn Invitational before 1,608 fans at the Bob Devaney Sports Center Indoor Track on Friday night.
